Privacy Policy

H.O.P.E. — Help Offered To People Enslaved — is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. We take the trust you place in us seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select, and your message. These are emailed to our ministry inbox so a real person can reply.
• Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, if you ask to receive field updates and rescue stories.
• Donations. Gifts are processed entirely by PayPal. Your card and bank details never pass through this website and are never stored by us. We receive only the information PayPal shares with us about the gift — typically your name, email address, and the amount.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, prayer request, or partnership enquiry.
• To send you ministry updates, if — and only if — you asked for them.
• To issue donation receipts and meet our record-keeping obligations as a registered nonprofit.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Who else sees it

We share information only with the services that make this ministry run, and only as far as they need it:

• PayPal — to process donations securely.
• Our email and web hosting providers — to deliver messages and serve this website.
• Google Fonts and YouTube — this site loads fonts from Google and embeds ministry videos from YouTube. When a page loads, those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies. Their privacy policies govern that data, not ours.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Any cookies you encounter come from the embedded YouTube videos described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Keeping your information safe

This site is served over HTTPS, and donations run through PayPal’s encrypted checkout. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to the minimum we actually need, and we hold it no longer than we have to.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from updates whenever you like — every email has a way out, or you can simply ask us. Email givehope918@gmail.com and we will act on it.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Photographs from the field

The photographs on this site show real families, believers, and ministry partners in Pakistan. They are published with consent, and we withhold names and identifying details wherever publishing them could put someone at risk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
